The Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB) was established on 16th Nov 1979 to meet the housing needs of the Air Force and Naval personnel and their widows at 'No Profit No Loss basis'. This Board is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860.

It is requested that retired personnel should submit their personal details like Rank, Service No, PPO, date of retirement etc. or they may quote their Regn. No. if they are the existing member of the AFNHB while query or asking any details of the project.

Mysore : The plans of the project are ready for submission and have been uploaded on our website www.afnhb.org. Allottees are requested to forward suggestions if any, by 10 Mar 13. After approval of plans, the tender will be floated for the civil works.

Registration of Noida Ph-V (Sec-47): All allottees are requested to execute the sale deed/ conveyance deed/ lease deed with the sub registrar NOIDA. Authorisation for execution of deed has been made in favour of Sh Manish Shukla, President and Brig Tejinder Singh (Retd), Secretary of the Society.

AFNHB is not charging interest or any sort of interest from allottees. Only equalisation charges are levied on late joiner/ fresh allottee and on the allottee who default in installments. These equalisation charges are charged with a view to bring parity among all allottees. The charges, so collected, are ploughed back to project deficit, if any.

NDC for Registration of DUs-ORIGINAL ALLOTEES only : All Original allotees who wish to execute the conveyance Deed/ Registration of their Dwelling Units are to approach AFNHB HQ. A written application is to be submitted for issuance of NDC for registration purpose.
A number of allottees of Greater Mohali Scheme, who have taken House Building Loan from Air Force Group Insurance Society, have approached this Board to take up a case for timely payment of the interim installment due on 29 Apr 13. Based on their request, a case is being taken up with AFGIS. Further communication to the affected allottees shall follow in due course of time.
Attn. Greater Mohali Allottees : All allottees are informed that the interim installment called on 29 Apr 13 is towards the part of final installment called earlier. There is no further escalation/increase in the cost as intimated in the allottees meeting at site on 15 Nov 11. The project expenditure are being incurred whereas the receipts from the allottees are yet to be received. A few of the allottees approached to this Board to accept the part of the installment now and balance at the time of possession of Dwelling Unit. The request of the allottees has been considered favorably and also in order to meet the expenditure and to ease out the final burden on the allottees, this interim installment is called. All allottees are requested to remit this interim installment latest by 29 Apr 13, failing which equalization charges as per policy, shall be charged.
Allottees of Greater Noida Ph-II are requested to take over their respective Dwelling Units at the earliest. Further, allottees desirous of taking over are to contact Mr Pradeep (09818779344)and Mr Sarang (09999009894) 04 days prior to movement.
Allottees asking for No Dues Certificate (NDC) for registration purpose are requested to allow minimum 10 working days for processing at this HQ. NDC will be issued to original allottees only.
