It is to inform all the allottees of Jaipur Phase-II Scheme that due to unsatisfactory progress and delays of civil contractor, the Board has terminated the contract and encashed all the Bank Guarantees held as securities of the contractor. 2. The process of execution of balance work at �Risk & Cost� to the original contractor has been initiated and procedure for selection of new contractor commenced. The Board aims to award the execution of balance work to new contractor within next two to three months and we are hopeful that the balance work would be completed within acceptable timelines. 3.
