Procurement of Land

  • As intimated earlier, the land for the project was allotted by Govt. of Karnataka for residential purpose. However, the MUDA insisting on a separate approval of change of land use as the land had been shown as agricultural land in MUDA�s Mysore Development Plan 2021.
  • The change of land use has now been done by the Govt. of Karnataka after due process and continuous monitoring by the Project Director.
  • Demarkation and the process of obtaining various clearances from State Govt.

  • Second Instalment of AFNHB Mysore scheme is due on 30 Apr 16.
    Last date of registration for vacancies in AFNHB Mysore scheme extended upto 30 Jun 16.
    UPDATE AS ON 09 FEB 16 : PROGRESS OF WORKS

    • 1. The constructional activities in the project commenced post inauguration in Sep 2015.
    2. The various activities being undertaken at site include construction of front boundary wall (30% complete), excavation works for 9 towers having Simplex & Duplex Dwelling units, the club house & swimming pool block. (Site pics attached).
    3. The progress of works has been delayed due to observed presence of water in the excavated foundations and requirement of redesigning the foundation of all blocks. The progress of work is expected to pick up shortly.

    (a) The excavation of A-I Duplex towers is completed. The work of foundations has commenced.
    (b) The site office, labour camps, has been set up. The batching plant and tech. labs are being set up.

    1. This is to inform all allottees of Mysore project that the Tendering process for Selection of Contractor at HQ has been completed and M/s GJS Infratech Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad has been selected as L-1. The final work plan is being discussed with the Architect and L-1 Bidder prior award of work. The work at site is expected to be commence in Aug 15.

    MUDA Plan Approval The provisional plan approvals have been issued by MUDA. Finalization of relinquishment deed is in process. Final approval would be issued on submission of all NOCs. Application for building license submitted for initial scrutiny.
    Water NOC

    PCB NOC

    A statutory fee is being paid to PCB. NOC would be issued upon payment.
    MOEF NOC After a long period, the long  waited meeting was held on 16 Jun 14. MOEF has raised  some observation in the drawing for incorporation and issued relevant forms to be filled for NOC. Same are under process.
    Fire NOC Due to repeated transfers of Regional fire officer, the NOC was delayed. NOC is expected by end of this month.

  • The Foundation Stone/Bhoomi Pooja of Mysore Project of AFNHB held on 18 Jan 2012 hrs by Director General, AFNHB, Rear Admiral R Gaikwad NM.
  • All Demand Survey applicants of Mysore who can attend the function are cordially invited to attend. M/s Khan Global Design (KBD), a renouned architectural firm at Bangalore is the architects of the Project.
  • A few delays in demarcation of land and registration had delayed the project launch. We will be contacting all the Demand Survey applicants shortly.
  • Architect for the project has been selected by Executive Committee. (12 Dec 11)
  • Demarkation and the process of obtaining various clearances from State Govt, and selection of Architect is underway. Thereafter selection of contractor will commence.
  • Scheme likely to be opened to Demand Survey Applicants for Registration.
  • The Demand Survey for the schemes have been completed on 14 Mar 2011. As of now no fresh applications will be accepted.

    • ARCHITECT SELECTION

    Contract for Architectural services with M/s GJS Infratech Pvt Ltd has been terminated with w.e.f 16 Jan 23 due to poor performance.

    Award of Contract

    Contract for Mysore project with M/s MS GJS Infratech has been terminated w.e.f 22 Aug 22. New Contract for Mysore Project has been awarded to M/s Mitra Guha Builder (I) Pvt. Ltd. w.e.f 22 Dec 22 due to poor performance.
