Handing Over of Common Areas, Lifts, Sub Stations and other facilities

1. AFNHB Jalvayu Heights Bangalore Phase-III at Jalahalli was
inagurated on (06 May 11) by Air Mshl JN Burma, AOA & Chairman,
AFNHB. Besides Rear Admiral R Gaikwad NM, DG AFNHB, Project Director
Wg Cdr RA Raghvan, Staff of AFNHB, Contractor, Architect and
allottees were present during the occassion. The Chairman
complimented DG AFNHB, the Project Director, the Contractor and all
staff for having executed the Project.

1. BESCOM is likely to provide electric
supply to blocks A, E and F by 30 Jul 11. Towards this
individual electric meters are being fitted. The charging of
electric supply would be done once all the meters are being
fitted. All the allottees of the said 03 bloks are to forwarded
a demand draft for Rs.5118/- (Rupees Five Thousand one Hundred
and eighteen only) in favour of 'Air Force Naval Housing Board
Bangalore' payable at Bangalore immediately. The DD must be sent
to AFNHB Project, HMT Main Road, Peenya Plantation,
Bangalore-560013.

3. Allottees of blocks B,C and D may also forward the DD.

Further, every allottees is requested to pay Rs.75/- (Rupees
Seventy Five only) by cash at site towards labour for
installation of the meters.
