UPDATE ON AFNHB PROJECT HYDERABAD PHASE III

 

 

1.         Please refer the allotment letter for of dwelling unit in Hyderabad Phase III project.

2.         You will be pleased to know that after considerable sustained efforts,  AFNHB has finally obtained  the land use conversion from industrial to residential.  AFNHB has also been able to complete the tendering process of the project for which 12 contractors of national repute were prequalified and sufficient competition was generated. AFNHB has been able to obtain competitive  bids from six bidders of repute and with fervent efforts, the tentative revised cost of the dwelling unit has been contained as indicated below:

3.         There is indeed a substantial  increase in the cost as against that anticipated at the time of the launch of the project in year 2003.  However, considering the sharp increase in the material cost during past few years, the cost now emerged is still highly competitive.  New cost has been worked out by taking the original land cost as of 2003, into account.   Despite this, any allottee who desires  to  withdraw from the scheme  may submit his unwillingness by 30 Nov 07.  No withdrawal charges shall be levied on such allottees and as a special case and  an interest  @ 3.5%  shall be given on their deposited amount.


 

4.         The revised schedule of payment shall be as follows :-

Note : Cost of parking/LTMF/VAT/Service Taxes  shall be  extra and collected at the time of possession. (Prevailing VAT & Service Taxes are 4% each on the contract value)

5.    The demolition work of existing industrial structures has been completed.
