An AFNHB team visited Bagdogra/Siliguri from 25 to 27 Apr 11 to complete the land payment formalities.
10 Acres of prime land in Siliguri town next to Govt. Medical College and CRPF Group Headquarters has been purchased by AFNHB from Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority.
The land is next to commercial centre and ideally suited fro residential accommodation. Siliguri is on the foothills and is the gateway to Darjeeling and Gangtok. AFNHB has launched a Demand Survey for this project. The process for selection of Architect and Contractor has already commenced.
The last date for Demand Survey for all first timers only (Priority I to III) closed on 15 Jun 11.
