(a) Extension of time to remit the installment at a later date.
(b) Withdrawal from scheme.
(c) Issue of joint registration certificates.
(d) Issue of NOC/NEC for mortgage.

2. Allottees are requested are requested to forward the same in writing to AFNHB HQ duly signed for record purposes.

3. Such written request duly signed may be forwarded through fax or scanned image through e-mail followed by original copy by post at AFNHB HQ.

4. IT MAY BE NOTED THAT IN ABSENCE OF WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE FROM ALLOTTEE, SUCH REQUEST SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
