All allottees of Kolkata Ph-III are informed that a No Dues Certificate/No Objection Certificate is required from the Kolkata Ph-III Society prior to Sale/Transfer of their Dwelling Units. The Sale/Transfer of Dwelling Unit shall not be considered valid for further action at AFNHB HQ.

All allottees of AFNHB Kolkata Ph III project who have taken possession of their flat are requested to forward the following to the Project Director:

Status:
  • Allottees can obtain Possession Certificate after paying all dues before 31 March 2012 to obtain Income Tax rebate on loan (if any) in the Financial Year 2011-12 and can take over physical Possession later.(12 Dec 11)
