PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR CIVIL WORKS AT JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN)

1.        Air Force Naval Housing Board, a ‘No Profit No Loss’ organization invites applications from interested contractors for construction of approx. 444 flats with basement + Stilt + 10 storey configuration having an approx BUA of 11.00 lacs Sq Ft. at Jaipur.
2.        Contractors with experience of executing similar projects (both structure & finishing) can apply with the following documents for prequalification:
(a)        List and value of group housing projects in hand and completed during last 05 years.
(b)        Status of jobs in hand (state %age progress) and reasons for delay, if any.
(c)   Name, Address along with telephone number of clients of on-going and completed projects in the last five years.
(d)        Certificate from clients.
(e)        Annual turnover for last 05 years duly certified by the Auditors.
(f)        List of technical personnel, tools and plants etc, if any.
(g)        Whether the firm has entered into arbitration for any of the earlier projects. If yes, give details along with clients address. If No, certificate from Legal Advisor for same.
(h)        Latest valid ITCC and latest Solvency Certificate and net worth of the Promoters/ Directors certified by auditors.
(j)         Audited Balance Sheets for last 05 years and the latest audited / provisional Balance Sheet not more than 06 months old.
(k)        Certificate from auditors for clearance of all statutory liabilities and sales tax liabilities.
3.         Contractors who have executed the following projects can apply:
            (a)    A single composite housing civil construction contract including both structure & finishing works worth Rs. 40 Cr and more in last five years.
             or
            At least three housing Projects including finishing and structure aggregating to a total of at least Rs. 45 Crore.
            (b)    At least one on-going Housing Project of Rs. 40 Crore.
            (c)    At least one housing project having BUA of 3.0 lakh Sq.Ft with 06   storey and basement of 80,000Sq.Ft.
4. Application along with all documents mentioned above be forwarded to Director General, Air Force Naval Housing Board, Race Course, Air Force Station New Delhi- 110003 on or before 19 May 14.

PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR CIVIL WORKS AT MYSORE
(KARNATAKA)

1.         Air Force Naval Housing Board, a ‘No Profit No Loss’ organization invites applications from interested contractors for construction of approx. 388 flats in Stilt + 10/12 configuration having an approx built area of 9.50 lacs sq ft. including partial basement at Mysore Karnataka.
2.        Contractors with experience of executing similar projects (both structure & finishing) can apply with the following documents for prequalification:
(a)        List and value of group housing projects in hand and completed during last 05 years.
(b)        Status of jobs in hand (state %age progress) and reasons for delay, if any.
(c)   Name, Address along with telephone number of clients of on-going and completed projects in the last five years.
(d)        Certificate from clients.
