Judgement in cancellation of mutation cases (Y - Site)
The case was heard on 05 Jul 11 before the Hon'ble Justice Sudhir Agrawal. The petitions were allowed and the gist of operative part of the order is :
"Orders of Tehsildar, GB Nagar and Collector, GB Nagar are quashed. Objections of parties, if any, be filed before the Tehsildar GB Nagar which shall be disposed off within three monyhs after affording proper opportunity to the petitioners. Till then, no transaction of the land shall take place".
However, as on date the copy of the order is not received and still awaited. The complete judgement would be placed on site of AFNHB on receipt.
