Empanelment of Valuation Firms.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR SHORTLISTING OF VALUATION FIRMS
1.Should be reputed firm with experience of at least 05 years.
2.Should be empanelled by at least 02 Nationalised banks.
3.Should have valuated at least 20 properties in the past one year.
4.Should have net worth of at least 05 crores and yearly turn over of not less than 01 crore.
5.Should have capability / expertise to evaluate land / property in all metros and important cities of India.
6.Should not be involved in any legal / cheating cases.
7.Should be willing to work on as required basis without any retainership fee.
8.Should be a registered firm with proper office / infrastructure / qualified staff.
