Payment Procedure
Allotment Letters indicating amount to be paid in each installment will be issued in such a way that generally a clear period of 45 days is available to the Registrants for arranging payment. The pattern of payments will generally be as given below:-

Normally at six monthly interval after last date of payment of first installment. It may vary depending upon the period of completion of project as per the contract etc.

Note : the percentage shown above, may vary depending upon payment schedule of land cost.
(i) The number of installments and percentage of each installment are subject to change from scheme to scheme.
(ii) Any balance due from the Allottee will be collected prior to handing over of Possession Letter.
(iii) In case any extra amount is paid to the Board by the Allottee, it will be adjusted in the next installment
