Site for this Project measuring 7.11 acres and it is approached by two roads of width 24.0 m. and 7.5 m. In the neighborhood there are several housing Complexes like Greenfield Heights (of Bengal Greenfield), Govt. EWS housing scheme at the backside of the Site, etc. The Site is about 15 km. from the Airport (NSCBI), 10 km. from the railway station.
The Project is being constructed as per design and drawing approved from the WBHIDCO, with 65% open space and the Community facilities like swimming pool, community centre shops, etc.
