(i) The Administrative Fees and Cost of Master Brochure are non-refundable and non-adjustable.

(ii)    In case a scheme is dropped, acceptance of the registration for allotment of a Dwelling Unit would not be an automatic binding on the Board to subsequently construct and allot a Dwelling Unit to the Registrant. The Registration and Demand Survey Fee less Administrative Fees and cost of Master Brochure only will be refunded, alongwith saving bank rate of interest on the date the Scheme is cancelled by the Board for the fully completed months the money was held with the Board from the day the amount was credited to its account till the noon of the day the Scheme is cancelled, both days inclusive.

(iii)    Registrants would be governed by the rules and regulations laid down and instructions on the subject issued by the Board from time to time.

(iv)    Allotment of a Dwelling Unit is independent. Parking space, terrace, shops, extra-rooms, lawn area or any other facility or amenity could be offered/allotted from scheme to scheme, subject to availability.

(v)    The allottee is to submit the Affidavit at Appendix B alongwith the application.
