(a) The last date of allottees who desire to opt for a change in type of Dwelling Units has been extended till 20 Jun 07. (b) Allottees who wish to withdraw from the scheme, may forward their request to AFNHB latest by 20 Jun 07. As a special case, no cancellation charges shall be levied in case request for withdrawal is received upto 20 Jun 07, however thereafter withdrawals charges shall be levied as per the policy of the Board . No interest shall be paid on registration amount. (c) All those allottees who would be withdrawing from scheme should clearly indicate the name and amount paid by loaning agency and amount paid by yourself. The refund shall be made accordingly. You may also give your name as required to be mentioned in the cheque, alongwith your Bank account number. |
