KANDAGHAT PROJECT -UPDATE

1. Please refer your allotment letter.

2. You will be pleased to know that plans of the project have been approved by the Local Authority and work on ground has commenced. AFNHB has been able to restrict the cost of the dwelling units within the announced cost after fervent negotiations. However, it may be appreciated that final cost shall be dependent on price variation of major building material such as cement and steel, if any, during the construction period.

3. Electricity & Water . Power availability certificate (PAC) has been obtained for the project and efforts are on to bring water from government sources to the site. The requisite amount for the same has been deposited with the concerned authority.

4. Registration & Mutation of Land . Land has since been registered in the name of AFNHB after paying due stamp duty. The mutation of the land in government revenue records has also been completed.

5. Project is on schedule as of now and all efforts shall be made to hand over the dwelling units as per the allotment letter.

AFNHB KANDAGHAT PROJECT
REVISED SCHEDULE OF INSTALLMENTS
1. Please refer your allotment for Kandaghat Project.

2. You will be pleased to know that plans for AFNHB Kandaghat project have been approved by local plan approving authority on 22 Feb 07. AFNHB has already prepared detailed plans for implementations. Tenders were invited for execution of civil works at site. The tenders received are much on higher side than estimated cost of works. Efforts are being made to bring the contract price closer to the estimated cost else the cost shall be revised. Therefore, some delay is expected.

3. Hence, keeping in view the cash flow vis-à-vis progress of the project, the installment schedule revised as follows: -
