a) There should be separate water meters for individual flats and provision for individual water connection from over head tank for individual loft tank : - It was explained to the allottees that there is no space for water tank in Bathroom/Common space passage. Further installation of tank would disturb the RCC. Also there is no provision of individual water meter from PCNTDA Corporation Authorities. Therefore, this point was not considered.

b) There should be electric points for inverter and in kitchen balcony for washing machine :- Electric points for inverter and washing machine in kitchen balcony can be provided. Approximate cost worked out per electric point is Rs. 600.00. Total for two points Rs 1200/- per flat.

c) Provision for internet connection :- The Telephone and Cable point has been provided through which the telephone/internet can be made available by the service provider.

d) Boiler and Electric point in Bathroom & Kitchen :- Provision has already made.

e) Instant Geyser point in Kitchen : - Provision has already been made.

f)  Clothes hanging hooks in balconies : - The same can be provided such fittings at an estimated additional cost of Rs 850/-

g) A curtain rod to be provided or at least hooks to be provided :- As a policy AFNHB does not provide in any of the schemes.

h) Some Space in Balcony should be earmarked for installation of Direct to Home Dish ­ : - It was explained to the allottees that this is as per individuals choice. Hence not being considered.
